    I shall think of you EVERY time I eat rice from now on! I hope you like your beans! Canned baked beans are good and you can always dress them up with ketchup or/and mustard (if you have such things there!) or corn etc. Very skinny cows! I just got back from Alberta; saw lots of wild life there such as mountain goats and a black bear (in Jasper), lots of gophers, elk, deer, coyotees, and one caribou! Also lots of Canada geese with gosslings and ducks; many, many horses and cattle! I had a great holiday with my friends and even got to see Adam in Jasper where he attended a trade show to do with his work. I'm so glad you are feeling well again Liam!Miss you.
