Megan's Update #2

Well we know for sure that Liam has arrived safely in Frankfurt. He called last night to let Mom and me know that his flights went well. I spoke to him briefly on the phone, and he sounded very alert and cheerful. Considering that is was 2:40am here, I was surprised at how awake he sounded. I guess the prospect of being in Africa within a few hours is uplifting. :)
He is scheduled to arrive in the Gambia early this afternoon. Hopefully he will be able to post something in his own words soon, maybe with some pictures.

Megan's Update

Hi all. This is Megan posting. I just wanted to let everyone know that Liam is gone! His flight left around 2:00pm today. He seemed a little nervous, but mostly he was just excited to be off. I will post again if we hear anything new from him, because I doubt that he will have access to a computer for a while.
